By using the TESORO website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Handmade Nature

TESORO jewellery is handmade, and slight variations in colour, shape, size, placement or finish may occur between individual pieces. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of our jewellery and are not considered faults.

We make every effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability. As TESORO pieces are handmade and produced in small quantities, availability may be limited.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if an item becomes unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or product information error, or if we are unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been made for an order we cannot fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

Shipping

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary. TESORO is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including carrier, customs or postal delays.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns, Faults & Jewellery Care

Please choose your jewellery carefully, as we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Information regarding damaged, faulty or incorrect items, as well as jewellery care and wear, is provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content associated with TESORO, including photographs, designs, text, branding, logos and original creative material, remains the property of TESORO unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TESORO is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and, where applicable, Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to These Terms

TESORO may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
